Hourigan Construction

The Checkered Flag Smart Center is a 2-story, 8,500 square-foot facility. The Smart concept is to “open your mind” and accept a “less is more” philosophy. The building is designed to focus on the essentials, minimize the footprint and maximize the impact on the customer’s experience. This concept creates a facility that is functional, comfortable and unmistakably “smart.”

The building is clad in manganese ironspot brick and black metal panels with a bright yellow enclosure. The full height storefront allows natural sunlight to amplify the interior. The reception station is centrally located to act as a customer service hub and a second floor balcony opens into the showroom providing employees visual access to the sales lot and showroom floor below.
