Hourigan Construction

This project was the first Class A corporate office building to be constructed in the Watkins Center development in western Chesterfield County. The 3-story, 60,000 square-foot building also serves as the headquarters for The Rebkee Company.

Hourigan delivered the building shell and completed interior core spaces including the main lobby, main hallways, restrooms and elevators. Hourigan also built out the interior space for The Rebkee Company with high-end finishes containing mahogany wood paneling, granite flooring and countertops, glass entrance doors and an open spiral staircase leading from their office lobby to the second floor.
