A strong diversity program is about more than just hitting a number. It’s about finding ways to educate, advise and even help lead a client’s diversity program initiatives, while strengthening communities and creating positive change in the industry.

At Hourigan Construction, we believe in paying forward the experience and best practices we have acquired to benefit emerging leaders in the industry. In 2013 we entered into an SBA-approved Mentor Protégé Partnership with SYNCON, a Small Business Administration-certified 8(a) business and verified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Through training, mentoring and close collaboration, we are able to develop both the leadership and business acumen that will enable Syncon to grow and succeed.
