Todd Donaldson


As a member of the Science Museum of Virginia’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (S.T.E.M.) Advisory Panel, Todd is working to provide engaging learning opportunities for future generations of project engineers and technologists. He also serves his church on its building committee and through mission trips abroad.

Todd brings more than 25 years of construction management experience and an impressive record of consistent, successful project delivery for Hourigan’s clients. He is particularly adept at leading teams to deliver complex, fast-paced projects through strategic thinking and perseverance. He achieves remarkable results through a collaborative approach focused on finding win-win solutions and achieving consensus. The long-term relationships he has fostered are earned through resourcefulness and integrity, and are significant drivers of Hourigan’s growth.

A mechanical engineering graduate of the State University of New York – Canton ATC, Todd’s industry experience has been earned over several million square feet of comprehensive facility development in the U.S. and Great Britain. Today he drives several best in class initiatives and processes that are helping to elevate Hourigan Construction to a leadership position in the market.
