Mark’s interests are as varied as his expertise, encompassing hiking, camping, hunting and fishing as well as reading, music and the arts. As an avid road cyclist, he also volunteered during the 2015 Cycling Championships in Richmond.
Mark brings over 34 years of industry experience to his role leading Hourigan’s preconstruction, estimating and value engineering services. His persistent attention to detail and consistent sense of urgency — coupled with an expansive knowledge of construction means, methods and material cost information — have made him the “go-to” resource for a broad spectrum of owners, architects and investors. His skills have been put to use building a wide variety of projects, ranging from education, scientific research and classified facilities to formal gardens.
