We place special emphasis on negotiated work, helping clients meet their needs and priorities more fully over the course of a project. We believe that the responsiveness and flexibility inherent in such negotiation plays in a major role in the fact that over 80% of our business today is repeat business.

In over two decades in business, our assignments have included office buildings, retail centers, call centers, schools, hospitals and healthcare facilities, and industrial facilities of many types. We have constructed more than 50 speculative office and headquarters buildings—each successfully completed on a fast track and tight budget.

Hourigan Construction holds a Virginia Class A License and a North Carolina Unlimited License.
