E. Jonathon “Jonny” Johnson has over two decades of experience in Human Resources and earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jonny has held management and Human Resource positions with such leading companies as LandAmerica Financial Group, Phillip Morris, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Media General. At Hourigan, Jonny brings his skills in all areas of HR operations including employment, benefits, compensation, and HR information systems. A dynamic leader, his credentials include certifications as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Compensation Professional.
