Mark Greenwalt joined Hourigan in 2000 and is responsible for preconstruction services, estimating and value engineering on all company projects. A 28-year veteran of the construction industry who started at the field-craft level, he has great expertise in all phases of construction work and material processes. Over $995 million in bid and negotiated projects acquired by our company can be ascribed directly to Mark's professional involvement with our clients.
