Todd Donaldson oversees Hourigan Construction operations in the Richmond area. He has more than two decades of construction management experience. Todd joined Hourigan in 2002 as Senior Project Executive and guided such projects as the Dominion Energy Clearinghouse construction and the Philip Morris headquarters project.
