Mark Hourigan

President

Owner and president Mark Hourigan has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. In addition to his corporate management role, he has worn many other hardhats in the industry, including estimator and project manager. He is involved in every project of Hourigan Construction and is a believer in "the buck stops here" philosophy of executive responsibility. In addition to his memberships in a number of builder and contractor professional associations, he is on the Board of Trustees at Collegiate School in Richmond and is a board member of Virginia Business Bank.
